The “Sprungbrett” trainee program Springboard offers:
- Participation as a Junior Intern in the professional occupational area of Cultural Management.
Here, an experience is offered in the occupational area of cultural management with a focus on Arts and Social matters.
- Participation as a Senior Intern in the area of Project Management.
Special training, opportunities and responsibilities for recent graduates and young professionals in the management of projects.
- The participation in the „Training Cultural Management“ Seminar
Internationally experienced instructors give lectures on project management, fundraising, sponsorships, financial administration, public relations and marketing for cultural institutions.
The trainee program emphasizes the advancement of the so-called “soft skills.”
Seminar courses on presentation techniques, audio-visual acoustics and styling, and business etiquette will be offered. Time management and job applications complete the program.

Internships are available as director’s assistants, in the artistic administration office, at the concert and event office, the dramaturgy and press office as well as at the liaison and international students support office.
If desired, a letter of reference for participation in the internship programs, will be issued. A Certificate of Participation for the “Cultural Management Training” seminar can be issued as well.
